For our research team at Sheba medical center we are looking for a part time (40%) developer to help us implement novel deep neural network solutions for the automated analysis of CT scans.
This team provides a unique access to medical imaging data and a multidisciplinary view of the problem.
דרישות משרה:
Responsibilities:
- Implement Data handling pipeline
- Implement CT scans preprocessing (C++ and python)
- Implement neural network design (python using Tensorflow framework)
- Design and implement CT scans meta-data analysis
- Research CT imaging image augmentation
Requirements:
- MSc student in CS / EE / Physics or related fields, with GPA of 85 or above
- Experience with python and the Tensorflow (or PyTorch) framework
- C++ and coding for performance skills (an advantage)
