In this position, you will:
• Be responsible for Datapath (imaging) software modules.
• Design, implement and deliver high quality code in software modules that interact with hardware.
• Construct systematic code that is capable of processing large amounts of data in a time and resources critical manner.
• Perform looking-ahead and maintenance coding activities (bugs, refactoring,
• improvement and optimizations of existing code.)
• Perform code/design review to ensure adherence to Applied Materials technical standards.
• Work closely with development, quality assurance,
• qualifications, system specifications and algorithms teams.
דרישות משרה:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or
- Computer Engineering.
- Demonstrable 3+ years of solid experience with C/C++ in a large-scale
- system, at least 1 of them as a senior engineer (advantage.)
- Experience in writing software modules that interact and communicate
- with hardware according to system specifications (major advantage.)
- Experience in real-time/embedded computing software modules (advantage.)
- Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
- Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to dive into and understand large amounts of existing code with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Be able to work under tight deadlines while delivering production-worthy code.
- Highly motivated and enjoys a challenge.
