Systems Qualification Manager

Manage team of 8+ System Qualification engineers Responsible to all project qualification aspects if directly or indirectly, through collaboration with other qualification groups Approve final design and specs to be released to the field Building long and short-term work plans based on PBU strategic plan Ensure team high performance in the following areas Early involvement in development phases to optimize suggested design alternatives Performing detailed risk assessment from module to system level Create high quality set of experiments Lead comprehensive testing on simulators & real tools and perform detailed analysis on collected data Share recommended specs and promote per need risk mitigations alternatives in consideration of the business environment Qualification center of excellence – Promote corrective actions for future designs Develop qual infrastructures - validation tools and capabilities for modules and system performance evaluation Team building, development and guidance, recruit and reserve employee
