neoLaser designs and manufactures advanced medical laser systems. for multiple applications including vascular, surgical, and aesthetic. The company is currently expanding to fill additional critical positions due to growth of its business. neoLaser is based in Caesarea Industrial Park and is currently exporting products to over 40 countries.
neoLaser is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. The Operations function includes extensive interaction with the company’s customers and suppliers around the globe. This position plays a crucial role in the company’s sales cycle, including financial and supply chain aspects, all under the regulatory requirements of the various customer geographies. The position offers a unique opportunity to take part and gain in depth experience in a high growth active medical device manufacturing and export environment, with a small team and extensive global activity.

Requirements
- Full time
- Bachelor’s level education in relevant domain, MBA a plus, academic excellence a plus
- At least 5 years of relevant and meaningful experience in an operation role (managerial or not) preferably in a ISO13485 certified company that is manufacturing and shipping products
- Excellent proficiency of relevant MS Office applications, ERP (Priority) a strong plus
- Excellent English skills (reading, writing and oral)
- Highly detail oriented and precise
- Can-do attitude, resourceful, and able to work independently
Primary Job Responsibility:
- Act as the contact person for the company’s customers on incoming orders
- Manage customer orders – register orders, plan supply, prepare export documentation and manage shipping issues
- Manage collection of incoming funds from customers
- Handle all administrative tasks for systems coming back for service in Israel
- Work with suppliers and customers on purchasing of consumables and logistics of these (some imported/exported, some shipped directly from manufacturing sites abroad to customers)
- Assist the Purchasing Manager and CEO as required
- Generation, analysis, management and reporting of shipping costs (import/export).
- Perform ongoing control on operational activities and costs
