Technology & Innovation Manager

The position includes:

• Business development with diverse technology companies for the purpose of implementing new technologies with industry partners
• Support the development and growth of new startups in smart mobility.
• Research, design, and deliver content and tools to support innovation (organize forums, white papers, workshops, peer-learning, meetups, etc.)
• Thorough and extensive mapping of technologies
• Support pilot, POC or commercial agreements between startups and partners
• Work with partners to map key challenges in mobility and develop opportunities for market education on challenge topics ripe for innovation.
• Contribute to organizing the best annual global smart mobility conference – EcoMotion Assembly!
• Lead projects of public significance and high impact

Job Requirements 

• Passion for and understanding of technologies in the world of mobility and identification of technological potential and development processes – a must!
• 3 years minimum of prior work experience with startups in the tech ecosystem – a must!
•  Practical business experience in corporate & open innovation, tech scouting, facilitation of pilots – significant advantage!
• Strong project management skills, ability to initiate, lead and deliver project A to Z
• Excellent interpersonal skills (people's people!) working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Work capabilities and implementation in data management software (CRM / salesforce)
• Strong passion to create an impact, develop Israeli high-tech and advance mobility sector.
• Detail oriented, collaborative and team oriented with a drive to make things happen!
•  High competency in research and writing
• Fluency in both English & Hebrew - written and spoken (required)
