Responsibilities
Research, develop and implement state-of-the-art algorithms, solutions, and flows using multiple disciplines, including advanced physical modeling, optimization, machine learning, etc.

Close work with R&D, HW, SW, and application engineers.

 

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Web Developer

  • At least 3 years' experience in web technology  Angular 8 + , javascript , css and HTML 
  •  Operating system – Linux
  •  DataBase – Oracle 
  • Tools – Git, TFS
  • Knowledge in Java and map tools (Mapcore)  advantage
     

Wireless Communication Researcher

  • B.S.c (or M.S.c) in electrical engineering/computer science, with 3-5 years of experience in algorithms development for wireless communication. 
  • Understanding of MODEM (PHY and LL-MAC) Layer including Modulation, Demodulation, Synchronization and Coding Process
  • Experience in simulations using MATLAB / Python environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a multi-task dynamic environment
  • Knowledge in the field of Wireless Communication Protocols - Advantage

Intern for 5G Testing Team

Minimum qualifications:
•    At least one year to graduate Electrical Engineering degree (GPA >85)
•    An understanding of wireless system architecture and products.
•    Hard worker, curious and creative
•    Strong technical, planning, and communication skills. 
•    Quick in learning and willing to take up challenges.

 

Algorithm Developer

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering - mandatory, master's degree - an advantage
  • Knowledge in signal processing and parameter estimation - required
  • Background and experience in spatial signal processing - an advantage
  • Background and experience in AI/DL - an advantage
  • Experience in writing algorithms and simulations in the MATLAB/Python environment - required
  • 2-3 years of experience in research and development - an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills

Key Qualifications
Fluent scripting skills in Python, Perl, TCL or Shell.

Abstract: Metamaterials and their 2D implementation – metasurfaces - have been used extensively for wavefront manipulation since their inception two decades ago. This has led to a revolution in optics due to the ability to design optical components with functionality and form factor that was unthinkable not long ago. Another use of metasurfaces relies on the ability to tailor distributions and intensities of local electromagnetic fields to study a variety of fundamental phenomena in light-matter interaction and create novel tunable and active devices.

 

Dielectric metasurfaces made from III-V semiconductors are particularly attractive for nonlinear optics, ultrafast and emission control applications. Lower dimensional emitters such as quantum dots can be embedded inside the metasurface resonators during epitaxial growth. I will show results of Purcell enhancement and recent results on beam steering of spontaneous emission on a subpicosecond timescale.

 

In the context of quantum and nonlinear optics, III-V semiconductors have among the highest optical nonlinearities but cannot be used in conventional phase-matched processes due to the symmetry of their nonlinear susceptibility tensor. However, as phase matching is relaxed when resonant nanoscale resonators are used, III-V semiconductor metasurfaces can be used for nonlinear processes in ways that have no equivalence when using macroscopic nonlinear media. Some of the results that I’ll present include harmonic generation, terahertz emission and generation of complex quantum states using spontaneous parametric down-conversion.
