A workshop for Decision Makers in the Academia, Education, Public Administration, and Industry sectors
Delivered by Avi Salmon’s, Intel Israel’s Innovation Lead
.In this workshop, we will explore how AI can be integrated into daily research and engineering workflows, with a strong focus on practical use
We will discuss key shifts shaping academia today, the importance of deep understanding, rapid self-learning, effective co-coding practices, and how
researchers and leaders can turn these changes into action
The 10X Engineer: Leading Engineering in the Age of AI Co‑Coding
The 10X Engineer workshop is a live, hands-on session about working with AI as a real engineering partner.
It addresses the common resistance engineers raise and tests it in real time through software and hardware design demos.
The goal is not to teach a tool, but to upgrade the mindset.
We define the knowledge levels required for effective AI collaboration, from asking better questions and critical evaluation to running co‑coding as a professional practice.
We also share how we at Intel are integrating AI into our engineering workflows, how we are upskilling our workforce, and what we expect from engineers and leaders going forward.
The workshop shows why deep engineering understanding is more important than ever, and how hybrid human‑AI workflows can multiply impact.
We explore how AI can be integrated into daily research and engineering workflows, with a strong focus on practical use and we will discuss key shifts shaping academia today, the importance of deep understanding, rapid self-learning, effective co-coding practices, and how researchers and leaders can turn these changes into action.
It is designed for decision makers in academia, education, public administration, and industry who shape engineering culture, training, and strategy.
