• BSc. / MSc. in Engineering (Electrical / Materials / Mechanical / Chemical / Biomedical / Biotechnological /Aerospace).
• Excellent English skills – speak, write, read.
• Willing to travel, up to 10% of the time.
• Analytical capabilities, problem solving orientation, interdisciplinary knowledge, project management
• Minimum of 2 year experience in leading roles of a direct or matrix team
