What you should have?

At least 5 years' experience as SW developer in Java/ python
At least 3 Years of experience as a SW developer in multi-disciplinary products
Bachelor’s degree (possible from college) or practical engineer in one of the scientific fields
Familiarity with full stack environment
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills. Self-learning and understanding complex systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills

B.Sc. in engineering Mechanical/Electrical – required
M.Sc. in engineering Mechanical/Electrical /System– preferred
At least 5 years of HW development experience as Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (Must)
2 years of leading HW projects in a multi-disciplinary company (Advantage)
In-depth understanding and experience with multi-disciplinary HW systems
Experience in the semi-conductors equipment industry – Advantage
Managing without authority of multi-disciplinary teams
